On Thursday 16/6/2016 at the office of women empowerment organization, a training course for the INAP alliance members started.

The aim of the course was collecting information about the statistics of violence cases based on gender which is directly related to the implementation of Iraqi NAP for UNSCR 1325. On Thursday 16/6/2016 at the office of women empowerment organization, a training course for the INAP alliance members started. Mrs. Suzan Aref, the task force coordinator, started the training course with introducing the plan and explained the implementation in Kurdistan regional of Iraq.

After that, Mrs. Billie Dean who is an international trainer started explaining the content and the axes of the course.The Iraq’s National Action Plan was launched in 2014 making it the first Middle Eastern country to adopt a NAP.
